I asked for help at a time when you had a full schedule - and you worked my project into that schedule. The project was to update my poorly designed 40 year old house while including “handicap friendly” features.

You and Kendra, personally designed and selected materials for what turned out to be a modern, efficient and lovely kitchen with custom cabinetry; and two modern spacious bathrooms (one featuring a drive-in shower). You elevated the sunken living room floor and installed wood flooring throughout the public areas, removed walls and widened doors to provide “open” and safe access to anyone wheelchair bound!

You, your Project Manager and crew (as a team) resolved expected and unexpected problems promptly, professionally, and within budget - often creatively! AND;

Importantly, you, the Project Manager, and all crew members represented BSR well. It seemed the goal was always “Is she happy?”

We first met Brandon & Kendra Swearingen when we decided to downsize from a large house in Heritage Hills but wanted to stay in the neighborhood we loved. We contracted with the Swearingens to buy a house while it was still undergoing major renovations.

The Swearingens did an outstanding job in completing the renovations and even asked us for input on many things.

We also asked for things that we especially wanted in the home and they were willing to accommodate us (sometimes at no additional cost if it works in their budget for the home). 

In the 2+ years since we close on the house, Brandon has been very receptive to our calls when we have questions and needed help with issues.

The Swearingens are more than the renovators of our home - they are a talented, hard-working, honest, and knowledgable couple who we are proud to now have as friends!
