We first met Brandon & Kendra Swearingen when we decided to downsize from a large house in Heritage Hills but wanted to stay in the neighborhood we loved. We contracted with the Swearingens to buy a house while it was still undergoing major renovations. The Swearingens did an outstanding job in completing the renovations and even asked us for input on many things. We also asked for things that we especially wanted in the home and they were willing to accommodate us (sometimes at no additional cost if it works in their budget for the home). 

In the 2+ years since we close on the house, Brandon has been very receptive to our calls when we have questions and needed help with issues. The Swearingens are more than the renovators of our home - they are a talented, hard-working, honest, and knowledgable couple who we are proud to now have as friends!
